A Closer Look for Durable Repairs

Join us for a joint dinner meeting with the Connecticut Chapter of the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI) in North Haven at the Holidiay Inn.  This presentation will discuss the applications of structural monitoring, testing and modeling to better understand the behavior of iconic stone, brick and terra cotta masonry systems to effectively target and tailor repairs.

Brent has more than twenty years experience in contemporary and historic building investigation, diagnosis, design and repair. He has degrees in engineering, archeology and conservation studies. Brent has published numerous articles and lectures frequently on historic preservation and building envelope topics. Prior to joining SGH, he was with the Brick Industry Association and developed many industry standards.
